1.背景信息 Background:
隨著電力工業(yè)的發(fā)展,對(duì)設(shè)備的安全性、可靠性要求越來(lái)越高。以往人工巡視設(shè)備的方法已逐漸弱化,在這種條件下,高壓設(shè)備的無(wú)線測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。這種技術(shù)是將內(nèi)置電池和無(wú)線發(fā)射模塊的測(cè)溫傳感器安裝于各測(cè)溫點(diǎn),由于其體積小,且無(wú)需任何接線,其電氣安全性可以得到保證。傳感器周期性的將測(cè)溫?cái)?shù)據(jù)無(wú)線發(fā)送至接收單元,接收單元可聯(lián)網(wǎng)將數(shù)據(jù)送至主站,以此實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)區(qū)域系統(tǒng)的電氣溫度監(jiān)測(cè)。
目前我國(guó)許多地方的電網(wǎng)公司、變電站、鋼鐵公司等都已在高壓設(shè)備上采用這種無(wú)線測(cè)溫監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)。
電氣接點(diǎn)在線測(cè)溫裝置適用于高低壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜內(nèi)電纜接頭、斷路器觸頭、刀閘開(kāi)關(guān)、高壓電纜中間頭、干式變壓器、低壓大電流等設(shè)備的溫度監(jiān)測(cè),防止在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中因氧化、松動(dòng)、灰塵等因素造成接點(diǎn)接觸電阻過(guò)大而發(fā)熱成為安全隱患,提高設(shè)備安全保障,及時(shí)、持續(xù)、準(zhǔn)確反映設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài),降低設(shè)備事故率。
